Gleneagles Country Club membership fees and dues (2026)

What has been published for 2026, what membership includes, and how it compares with the clubs across the street.

Membership at Gleneagles Country Club is mandatory, so the club's entry cost and dues are part of the price of every residence, from a $240,000 garden unit to a $1.3 million home. Here is what has been published and reported for 2026, what membership includes, what comes back when you sell (nothing), and how it compares with the clubs buyers weigh it against.

The short version. Initial capital contribution reported at $110,000 to $140,000 depending on category, non-refundable, scheduled to rise by $40,000 in September 2026. Four categories: Social, Tennis, Golf and Full. Dues are billed monthly by category. Association dues about $361 a month for single-family subdivisions. Compare it with every other club in the 15-club membership fee comparison.

Gleneagles is the lowest entry cost of the mandatory clubs between Boca Raton and Delray Beach with 36 holes, which is why it draws buyers who want the full club life without the price of the house across Linton. The 15-club comparison ranks every club from least to most expensive and lists the costs buyers miss.

How the fee affects buying and selling here

Because every buyer pays the contribution on top of the price, and because the contribution is a large share of a garden residence's price, Gleneagles residences are priced against the all-in cost of joining: a $300,000 unit is a $410,000-plus commitment on day one, a $1.3 million home about $1.44 million. The September 2026 increase pulled buyers forward over the summer. For buyers, that means comparing the all-in entry and the all-in yearly cost across clubs before you offer. For sellers, it means pricing against what the next unit on your street sold for plus the fee the buyer is adding to it. Ricky prices every home here against the club's current schedule.
